This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, when we ship, and which carriers we commonly use. Additionally, it covers Order Tracking, Shipping Rates, Insurance, and Back Orders.
We ship to physical street addresses within the United States and Canada.
When We Ship
We make every effort to ship all orders within 48 hours, Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, Eastern Time. If for any reason shipping of your order will be beyond 48 hours, we will notify you.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
We insure all shipments against loss or damage.
- If you should receive a shipment with obvious signs of shipping damage, please open it in front of the carrier (if present) and have them note the damage. Additionally, please contact us immediately, at: (865) 888-0129 to make us aware of the damage. We will arrange for return and replacement of the damaged item.
If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will be charged one shipping charge, as if all items shipped at the same time. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
